La Residenza Relais has 4 large rooms: the Magnolia, the Belvedere, the Melograno and the Glicine. Each room has an ensuite bathroom, TV and lounge area.

Renovation work on the rooms has preserved the original style of the Villa. The Brignoli family has also painstakingly retained the Villa's original architectural and decorative features, thus preserving its beauty and appeal over time.

Many legends, which give the Residenza an air of mystery, have been passed on over the centuries. Throughout the Residenza, from the attic to the old, bricked up staircase, to the large rooms, the unknown memory of distant events merges with the silence, influencing the senses of those who stay here.
